Products*: Like normal ERP systems, our Products module contain several properties that not only describe your product or service, but also present all available options to the Customer in an easily selected manner. Vendor defined fields describe product variations that don't affect price, such as a clothing item's size and colour, where as Price Items are used where variations do affect price, such as an early bird ticket compared to a full price ticket to the same event.
Price Items*: A product can have one or many Price Items which define the pricing structure and variations for that product. A powerful Tariffs component extend pricing flexibility to accommodate very complex, day, date and time pricing variations.
Order Form Templates*: An Order Form Templates must also be applied to a product. These add additional product properties where required, such as weight and dimensions for physically products, along with Customer selection requirements including vendor defined fields and delivery options. They also provide for custom "in app" integration, such as seating allocations. Orders are advised via email and your web portal for free, or advanced API integration is available on a time and materials basis.
Order Confirmations:* Order Confirmations not only provide your Customer a record of the transaction but also additional functionality such as redemption codes for ticketing or coupons, NFC tags for operating access gates or vending machines, and or a one click re-order function.
