Viva Tags acknowledges and respects the privacy of individuals.

The information that you provide Viva Tags is "personal information" as defined by the Privacy Act 1988.

Our policies comply with our legal obligations and the National Privacy Principles and are intended to protect your privacy as we collect, use, disclose and retain information we gather about you.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND WHY

When you become a Customer of Viva Tags you will provide:

• your name and date of birth;
• your contact number;
• your email address, and
• other personal information required to register you to use the Service

Your personal information will only be used byus to respond to any enquiry you have in relation to your use of the Service.

We also collect transactional data from your use of the Service for the purposes of processing orders and for other Vendor contact made by you, for transaction reports made available to you through your web portal, and for our internal auditing purposes.

We may also collect non transactional information about your use of the Service such as date, time, and GPS location from which you accessed the Service.

HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS STORED

All your personal details and information in relation to the Service are stored securely. Any personal information which we receive directly is only accessible by authorised personnel trained in privacy and is either:

• destroyed or returned to you if no longer needed, or
• stored securely in either paper or electronic form.

We understand how important it is to keep your information personal however, we can disclose personal information we have about you to your financial institution or a Vendor in certain circumstances, and:

• you agree to the disclosure;
• that we use it for the purposes we collected it; or
• disclosure is required or permitted by law.

No personal information (name, phone number or email address) will be shared with any third parties except in relation to orders or contact requests authorised by you via your Customer Account, where contact and delivery details will be provided to the Vendor.

We may from time to time, make aggregated data in relation to our customers' use of the Service,  available to third parties in summary analytics,without identifying you.

OTHER INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may also collect the following information from others in a way in which we cannot identify you:

• the date and time you access our Website
• the internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our Website, and
• the site plus the web browser that you are using and the URL.

We use this information to develop a more user friendly information Website.

TIPS ON SENDING US INFORMATION

When you share your information with us, it is at your own risk. There are ways you can help maintain the secrecy of your information:
